Expecting first baby | Northbrook IL maternity photography

Being relatively new to the area, these new parents wanted to have their pictures done close to home in order to start growing roots and making new memories. We chose a serene nature park with a sprawling prairie, wild flowers, and walking paths that were quite easy for the mama to be to navigate.  Sun was setting just behind the horizon and offered a beautiful golden light that illuminated the trees with its soft glow. My absolute favorite time for portraits.
