Family,  Maternity

3.5 | Chicago Maternity Photographer

So, due to extenuating circumstances (toddler’s bed time), I caved and shot this session at 10 am. There are many reasons why I much prefer to photograph during the golden hour instead, but sometimes you just have to make do.  Knowing that the sun would be out bright and high, I selected a location with lots of foliage that would obscure the majority of direct sunlight yet give just enough light to provide a pretty glow and illuminate this expecting family.  I am glad that I didn’t limit myself to time of day because we got these gorgeous shots in the end. 🙂
