Leah is One | Glencoe IL Baby photographer

It was a great year for the adorable little Leah and I.  She came in every 3 months for a photo shoot in order to capture her first year in pictures and showcase them in a beautiful, custom-made book.  It’s amazing how fast babies change in their first year of life, and I absolutely love recording the little intricacies of each milestone, no matter how tiny.

A year in review….

Olivia | Deerfield IL Baby Photographer

Enjoyed some Lifestyle Photography with baby Olivia for her 6 month half-birthday.:)  When I walked into their house, right away I noticed a large portrait of their dog – their first baby, who was definitely going to be in pictures with Olivia!  I love it when clients include their pets in family pictures. They are family after all.

Take a look, they make very cute siblings. :)

Vincent | Chicago Baby Photographer

Vincent’s mommy and I had known each other since we were both about 11-12 years old.  It’s been a long time!:)  Once she and her husband announced they were expecting, I knew it would be an amazing experience to document first, their pregnancy, then their new baby.  It’s been a heck of a ride, and being a new mom is not an easy job!  So, we skipped the newborn photos and decided to wait until Vincent is a little older take his first professional pictures.  He was about 10 weeks old when they came to my studio for the photo shoot.  At this time, he was already strong enough to hold up his head for a few moments, and was in great spirits to model.  It was awesome! He’s got such character.  Take a look for yourself.

And, in case you missed it, here is M & I’s maternity sessions…awaiting baby Vincent.:)

Goggin Family | Chicago Family Photographer

Got together with the Goggin clan, this time for their Holiday pictures.  The kids were like little angels dressed in all off-white, which, I think complements the dreary outdoors perfectly in the late fall season.  Being an events planner, mom had some fun holiday card ideas of her own and so I played along to try to get the kiddos to cooperate.:)  Below are some of my favorites from the session.
